Xclusive Yachts are operated by Xclusive Boats LLC, P.O. Box 126012, Dubai, United Arab Emirates under UAE Law and regulations.

Charter Passenger Personal Identification
All charter passengers must provide personal identification of either their Passport or Copies of Passport or UAE Driving Licence as requested by UAE Coastguard Regulations prior to departure. Anyone without personal identification will not be permitted onboard. Any delay caused by failure to provide the property identification will be at the charterer's expense.

Yacht Charter Insurance
The Charter of Xclusive 1 or Xclusive II as per booking agreement to include 3rd Party and Passenger Liability Insurance.

Charter Inclusions
These basic items are included within the yacht charter fee:
Selected Yacht, Captain and 1 Crew Member, fuel, water, ice, soft drinks, fishing rods and snorkelling equipment.

Passenger Numbers
Passenger numbers must be confirmed 24 hours prior to departure. Number of passengers must not exceed 20 passengers for Xclusive 1or 30 passengers for Xclusive II.

Captain's Authority
The Captain has total authority over seamanship and the safe navigation of the yacht, its crew and passengers. The Captain has total authority over the safe use of all equipment onboard and may prohibit activities deemed to be unsafe.

Responsibility for Children
Any children onboard are the sole responsibility of their parents or guardians. The crew will not be responsible for children and are not child-minders.

Shoes
Flat non-marking soled deck shoes or trainers are permitted onboard. Shoes with heals are not permitted to be worn onboard. Comfortable clothing and suntan protection are recommended.

Conditions

Availability
Bookings are accepted subject to availability of the charter yacht. If a booking has to be cancelled due to yacht availability, no liability will be accepted. Any monies already paid will be refunded in full.

Cancellation of Charter by Xclusive Yachts
Xclusive Yachts reserve the right to cancel or postpone a charter due to poor weather conditions, mechanical failure or Coastguard restrictions or UAE Law enforcement decrees. I this case, the charter will be rearranged. If this is not possible, any charter fees already paid will be returned in full.

Cancellation by Charter Clients
Cancellation by charter by a client will incur loss of the security deposit.

Charter Fee
50% of the charter fee is required at the time of booking. The 50% balance is required 24 hours prior to departure.

Recreation Liability Indemnity
No liability is accepted for any personal injury during any recreational activity including swimming, fishing, parasailing or any other water sports.

Anti-Social Behavior
No anti-social behavior will be accepted and will be reported to the Police. Anti-Social behavior will result in the early termination of the charter.

General Liability Indemnity
No liability or responsibility is accepted for any loss or additional expenses incurred as a result of accident, injury, sickness or death.

Observance of all UAE Law and Practices
The following must be observed under UAE Law:
1. Number of passengers must not exceed those stated on charter registration
2. All persons under 21yrs must be supervised by a mature adult
3. All foodstuffs brought onboard by passengers must be that which is UAE approved
4. All fishing must be conducted under UAE regulations
5. Alcohol consumption is permitted subject to UAE regulations
6. No animals or pets may be brought onboard
7. Captain and crew member contingent as required for charters under UAE law.
